I have known UBuild Homes Director Barry Armstrong for some 4 to 5 years and understand his level of commitment and professionalism assisting with improving the residential construction industry.
Barry has been developing systems and procedures over a very long period of time of some 15 years in fact. His systems are designed to produce accurate and professional out comes in a consistent and predictable manner.
I also understand Barry has contributed to training and education for the industry in the late 90’s and early 2000’s gaining federal government funding for front line management courses for trades wanting to improve their individual business skills.
He partnered the NSW dept of education in delivering an initiative preparing young school leavers wanting to enter the residential construction industry.
I totally endorse these actions and Barry’s commitment to on going excellence with-in this industry.
